Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard, or by emailing support@zlark.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
- Phone numbers assigned to your account will be released unless renewed
- Call data and recordings will be available for download for 30 days after cancellation
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted per our retention policy
- Unused credits will be forfeited on cancellation
3. Downgrade
Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal date. Features of the higher plan remain available until the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, you will be notified to adjust.
4. Cancellation by Zlark
We reserve the right to cancel accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay after the grace period. In such cases, data recovery may not be possible.
5. Reactivation
You may reactivate a cancelled account within 30 days by subscribing again. After 30 days, account data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
