2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: Name, email, phone number, company information
  • Billing data: Payment method details (processed by Cashfree), GST number, billing address
  • Call data: Phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, duration, outcomes
  • Usage data: Feature usage, API calls, error logs, performance metrics
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to: provide and improve the Service, process payments and issue GST invoices, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and send service-related communications.

4. Legal Basis

We process data with your consent (given at sign-up), for performance of contract, and to comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with: payment processors (Cashfree), telephony providers (Plivo), cloud infrastructure (for hosting), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Call Recordings & Transcripts

Call recordings are stored for 90 days by default. You are responsible for informing called parties that calls may be recorded per applicable law.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 3 years thereafter. Call logs are retained for 90 days. Billing records are retained for 8 years per GST requirements.

8. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, erasure of data (subject to legal holds), nominate a person to exercise rights in case of death or incapacity, and grievance redressal.
