Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to TWOEPIC VENTURES for the Zlark service, including monthly subscription fees and credit top-up purchases. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our authorized payment partner (Cashfree Payments) and include 18% GST, for which a tax invoice is issued with every transaction.

2. Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period. Once a billing period has commenced, the subscription fee for that period is non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription mid-period, you retain full access to the Service until the end of the current billing period — no partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days.

3. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

We will issue a full refund of the disputed amount in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period or the same credit purchase.
  • Failed transaction: Money was debited from your account but the subscription was not activated or credits were not added. Such amounts are auto-reversed by the payment gateway; if not reversed within 7 business days, we will refund them directly.
  • Extended service outage: The Service was inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a failure on our side (excluding scheduled maintenance notified in advance and outages of third-party telecom carriers).
  • First payment guarantee: New customers may request a full refund of their first-ever subscription payment within 24 hours of payment, provided usage in that window is under 30 call minutes.

4. Credit Top-Up Purchases

Credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your workspace, except in the case of duplicate or failed transactions described above. Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active, but they cannot be converted to cash, transferred to another account, or refunded upon cancellation.

5. GST on Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will include the GST component of the refunded amount, and a credit note will be issued against the original tax invoice in accordance with GST regulations.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@zlark.co from your registered email address, or call +91 99765 87658, with the following details:

  • Registered phone number or email
  • Invoice number (format: INV-YYYYMM-XXXX) or transaction/order ID
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Reason for the refund request

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues are resolved within 2 business days. Raising a chargeback for a legitimate, delivered service may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
